Minimum Age for Renters - 25

Cleaning fee per rental period.  (Maid service
is available during the week for $95 per visit.)

Minimum stay of 3 nights required.

Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 required
per stay.  Refunded after cabin is checked.

$150 cleaning fee per stay and full rent

Labor Day Weekend, Memorial Day
Weekend, 4th of July Week, Thanksgiving
Holiday Weekend, Christmas Holiday Week,
and New Years Holiday Week are at Special
Rates.

9.0% rental tax will be added to overall fee.
