The following are the terms and conditions that
apply to the rental of equipment from Snoqualmie
Rentals. Upon entering the Property, the
customer accepts and agrees to these terms and
conditions.  





Any modification to the terms and conditions must
be in writing and signed by a representative of
Snoqualmie Rentals.   Property as referred to
herein shall include all related furnishings and
land at the listed address.

Occupancy
The home must not be occupied by more people
than the number stated on the website, without
written consent from Snoqualmie Rentals. The
number of the occupants will be equivalent to the
number of regular beds. In case of possibility of
accommodating additional clients on sofa beds,
folding beds or other, this is specified in the
property description or clients are informed by e-
mail on their request.

Arrival and Departure
The Customer must not arrive prior to 3 PM on
the agreed upon date of arrival and may not
depart after 11 AM on the agreed upon date of
departure.   Any and all exceptions require prior
written consent from Snoqualmie Rentals.  Early
arrivals will not be granted access.  Late
departures may (at Snoqualmie Rentals sole
discretion) result in forfeiture of the Customer’s
security deposit.  

Parking
The Customer must not park any vehicles in the
street.  This is a neighborhood restriction and can
result in towing or damage to the vehicle.  
Snoqualmie Rentals is NOT responsible for any
loss or damage to Customer’s vehicle(s).

Rates
Rates are based on daily, weekly and monthly
time periods. Rentals continuing beyond the initial
time period requested require prior approval.  If
agreed upon, a new invoice will be generated with
the new dates.  The new dates are billed at the
daily rate, until that exceeds the weekly rate.  
Additional dates are not guaranteed and rates are
subject to change until contract is executed and
NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is received.  If rental
dates are within 14 days, full payment is required
to secure the rates and full payment is considered
NON-REFUNDABLE.

There are no credits or rebates for early arrival
and/or departure.

Payment Terms
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold
the reservation up to 14 Days prior to check in.  
Full, complete, and cleared payment is due NO
LATER THAN 14 days from check in of Property.  
If full, complete, and cleared payment is NOT
received NO LATER THAN 14 days prior to check
in, the Property will be made available for rental.  
Each stay requires a mandatory cleaning fee and
all applicable taxes will be added to the invoice
and are payable by Customer.

Each stay also requires a REFUNDABLE security
deposit.  This deposit will be returned to the
Customer, provided the Property is returned
without damage or loss and in the order with
which it was presented.  Snoqualmie Rentals shall
retain up to the full security deposit to repair
damage, replace loss, or return any
furniture/fixtures/equipment to its original location
within the Property.

Property Availability
All dates of availability are guaranteed at time of
receipt of NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and signed
agreement.  Availability is defined as access to
the Property will be granted to the Customer for
the agreed upon dates.

Snoqualmie Rentals is not responsible for lack of
access to the Property due to weather.  ALL RISK
OF LOSS OF PROPERTY ACCESS SHALL PASS
TO CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT.
Snoqualmie Rentals shall not be liable for delays
in access hereunder due to causes beyond its
control including, but not limited to acts of nature,
acts of government, labor disputes, delays in
transportation and delays due to the Customer.

Snoqualmie Rentals reserves the right to make
changes or cancel the reservation in the very rare
instance the Property isn’t suitable for rental due
to loss of power, heat, and/or water.  Should this
situation occur, Customers are free to accept an
alternate available rental date or cancel your
reservation with a full refund of monies paid.

Property Usage
Customer shall not make any alterations,
additions, modifications, or improvements to the
Property and shall use it only for the purpose and
in the manner for which it was intended by
Snoqualmie Rentals. Customer may not permit the
Property to be used by another party without the
express written consent of SNOQUALMIE
RENTALS.

Terms of Eviction
At the sole discretion of SNOQUALMIE RENTALS,
eviction will occur if excessive noise, common or
private property damage, disturbing the peace, or
general unruly behavior occurs.  

Customer Obligations
Customer is responsible for damage to Property
due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. This will
include, but not be limited to, debris and litter left
on the grounds or decks.  Cigarette butts, trash,
etc. must be collected and placed in a trash
receptacle.  Any litter left on the property will incur
additional cleaning charges from the security
deposit.  The property must be left in a condition
such that it can be returned to a rentable
condition within 4 hours.  The cleaning fee is to
cover cleaning of linens, towels, and the result of
normal usage of the property.  Excessive trash,
dirt, debris, or messes of any kind must be taken
care of by the tenant.  Customer agrees to pay
the charges to repair Property so damaged,
replace missing furnishings, and return any/all
furnishings to their original locations at a rate of
$30 per man hour.  If the property cannot be
returned to a rentable condition within 4 hours the
full security deposit is forfeited.

Property shall be returned to SNOQUALMIE
RENTALS in good condition and repair, wear from
reasonable and proper use is accepted.  
Customer is responsible for loss or damage to
Property from theft, mysterious disappearance,
fire or any other cause in their control. In
accepting liability for the safe keeping of the
Property, Customer agrees to pay SNOQUALMIE
RENTALS the replacement cost of the Property
and its furnishings.


Warranty
With respect to rental service, Snoqualmie
Rentals warrants to the Customer only that the
Property is in good operating condition. If the
Property is not received in good operating
condition due to no fault of the Customer,
Snoqualmie Rentals shall (at its option) either
repair/replace the furnishings or provide monetary
compensation. Defects or discrepancies in or like
objection to the Property must be reported to
Snoqualmie Rentals upon arrival, failing which it
will be conclusively presumed that the Property
was as described, was received in good condition
and is accepted.
The remedies provided herein are Customer’s
sole and exclusive remedies. In no event shall
Snoqualmie Rentals be liable for direct, indirect,
special, incidental or consequential damages
whether based on contract or any other legal
theory.
Snoqualmie Rentals makes no warranty
expressed or implied that the Property is fit for
any particular purpose.
Upon notice from Customer during the course of
rental, and upon return of the Property by
Customer, Snoqualmie Rentals will, at its option,
repair/replace furnishings.

Liability
Snoqualmie Rentals shall not be responsible for
loss or damage to Customer’s property or for
injury or death to persons; and Customer shall
indemnify Snoqualmie Rentals and hold it
harmless for claims for any of the foregoing,
including associated legal fees and expenses.

Notifications
Any required notices shall be given in writing at
the e-mail address of Snoqualmie Rentals –
info@snoqualmierental.com or Customer as
shown on the front of this contract or to such
other address as either party may substitute by
written notice to the other.

Assignment
Neither Snoqualmie Rentals or Customer may
assign or transfer any rights, duties, or obligations
herein without the prior written consent of the
other, and any purported attempt to do so shall
be null and void.

Waiver
Should Snoqualmie Rentals choose not to
exercise any of its rights, that shall not constitute
or be deemed a waiver or forfeiture of such rights.

Purchase Rights
Customer has no purchase rights or purchase
options under this agreement.

Governmental Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of
the State of Washington.

Errors
Stenographic, typographic and clerical errors in
this agreement are subject to correction and
Customer hereby agrees to re-execute any
document that requires correction or signature.

Ownership
Rental Property remains the property of
SNOQUALMIE RENTALS. Customer shall not
remove, deface, or obscure any furnishings.
